You won’t know how to handle the mad-opening of your personal Pandora’s box… But, you will learn. It’s called ‘life-lessons’
So, how do you lift yourself up after you’ve opened your personal hurt-locker and a few pain files fly out from your cabinet of curiosities?
:::
You simply remind yourself that it is just part of being human.
:::
Know that the light you hold inside does get rid of the darkness … remind yourself of how badass you truly are.
:::
Look around at everything you’ve ever done or created for yourself…
:::
If you haven’t done anything for yourself in a long ass time…well, do it now. Nobody is going to save you from YOU.
:::
Do not have regrets about anything. Seriously, remember… there was a time when it was exactly what you wanted.
Learn to make bigger, better, stronger choices and decisions. Even if they turn out to be hurtful… learn from it and move on. Fuck-ups are like hiccups… they pass…
:::
We are all products of our decisions.
Believe in your ‘tomorrows’… but take action ‘today’…
If you feel like crying because your feelings were hurt…save that energy for a good run — — put yourself up to a hard physical challenge.
:::
Nothing can replace those killer natural endorphins you get from physical activity
:::
Blow your own mind once in a while…
:::
Everyone is angry or mad about something that happened to them.
:::
Your ‘mad and anger’ doesn’t make you a ‘special-special’ unless you do something positive with it.
:::
Nobody likes a whiney little bitch who only has problems yet no solutions.
